As a quality-oriented manufacturer, we always prioritize our product’s performance. Carbide tools were our strength; to achieve the high stability and hardness tools, we set the strategic cooperation partnership with the world-leading raw materials supplier Kennametal, Guehirng, Sandvik, ISCAR, and GESAC for the bar stocks supply, enabling us to improve the product hardness, increases wear resistance, strengthens compressive strength and achieves better chemical stability, which could lead to extend machining life and increase stability.

We have also established a stable strategic cooperation relationship with the world-renowned brand Oerlikon Balzers for the coating technology applied, which could help meet customer needs for precision machining in a variety of scenarios while enhancing product life.

We offer several coating options for our clients to choose from based on their needs;

PVD: TiN, TiAIN, AITiN, CrN, DLC, etc.

• The hardness can reach HV3000+, which can effectively resist abrasive wear, making the tool more durable and extending its life by 2-10 times.
• Increased oxidation resistance and heat insulation ability, strong stability under high temperature (up to 900~1100℃).
• Increased surface smoothness can effectively reduce friction with the workpiece.
• It has good chip removal, which helps to prevent sticking and jamming of chips, making machining smoother and more stable.

Yes, we do. Our strength was non-standard customized product design. Send us your specifications and CAD graph, or you can just tell us what materials are being processed and their application scenarios, and we will make recommendations based on our experience.
