Quality Inspection Process
JINOO has implemented a strict Quality Control process for each tool before it leaves the factory and is delivered to our clients.
To support the inspection process, we have invested in several high-precision testing instruments to match our professional quality inspectors to carry out product and raw material testing, which include but are not limited to Zoller G3, Parlec 1550, Mitutoyo, Tool microscope magnifier, secondary element tester, and other industry advanced equipment to support the passivation and detail detection fully.
We have set up more than 31 inspection processes, from Raw Materials Incoming Inspection to Visual, Dimensional and geometric, Surface, Heat Treatment, and Functional and Performance Tests, to ensure that every detail of our products is safeguarded. These processes are combined with the ERP system to record and track our products promptly.
