R&D Team
We have over 30 professional technicians in the R&D team, led by a senior engineer with over 45 years in the CNC tools field. This enables JINOO to fully support our clients with technical issues and daily consultants, maintaining its high ODM and OBM ability to innovate and develop more precise quality tools to meet the dynamic change market demands.
We supported a full range of OEMs to tailor the various clients’ demands and unique inquiries. Our R&D team could design the tools according to the client’s specifications and CAD drawings, which they provided, to create the tools from zero that exactly meet their needs.

Quality Control Team
At JINOO, product quality and customer satisfaction are our priorities. We are committed to providing the highest-quality products to reduce potential costs for our clients. Therefore, we set strict inspection procedures and rules for product testing and implement 10 staff in QC teams to ensure the process, and in case there are some issues, we can fix them the first time.
We have ISO 9001 Qualified Enterprises and always follow the international quality standard when we test products.

Executive Team
Our founders lead JINOO’s executive team, Mr. Zhu and Mrs. Jie Wu, who have enriched their experience in CNC tool manufacturing and design for more than 30 years.
